The Ones who watched Immortals

I will be honest with you..I have very little knowledge of the Greek mythology and I probably wouldn't ace it if Greek mythology were to be an examinable subject :P One thing for sure, the stories are quite fairy tale like and it seems impossible for anything of that sort to have happened before.

A new movie that will be opening in Singapore this Thursday 17/11 has elements of the Greek mythology, and it is non other than "Immortals"

Here's a brief synopsis of the movie :

Eons after the Gods won their mythic struggle against the Titans, a new evil threatens the land. Mad with power, King Hyperion has declared war against humanity. Amassing a bloodthirsty army of soldiers disfigured by his own hand, Hyperion has scorched Greece in search of the legendary Epirus Bow, a weapon of unimaginable power forged in the heavens by Ares.
This leads Hyperion to get with the virgin oracle Phaedra (high priestess of sort) , who’s looking for the Bow herself while giving up her precious virginity to a Greek peasant named Theseus. Secretly chosen by Zeus, Theseus must save his people from Hyperion and his hordes

This movie to me is quite a no brainier. How difficult can it be to understand two sides at war? So we have solved that. There is always the good guys and the bad guys..

What I like about the movie are the graphics and actions. Nicely executed moves and wonderful CG effects :P

Oh, did I mention that the lead actors have great bods ? Oh yeah.. eye candy :P drool at their well toned bodies :P One thing though, I have no idea who are they :P Yeah.. not many great names in this production.

I am not gonna tell you who won the battle at the end.

It may not be the best movie of the year, but it sure
is an entertaining one! I like epic films!

Stunning visuals, awesome effects ,beautiful bods~!
The blood spilling scenes, the pretty costumes for
the gods and men.. ooh..

oh.. it's for 18 years and above only. This movie is M-18
(Violence And Sexual Scenes)

Don't say I didn't warn you about the blood and gore!

I was quite entertained for the 110 mins .
