The One who indulged in Udders' Alcoholic ice cream

I surprised myself sometimes. Despite the tight schedules this week, I still managed to squeeze out some time to update my blog =)

I haven't been feeling all so good physically though. Tummy hasn't been functioning well. I need to visit my doc soon. With that said, I have been reminding myself to stay clear of all spicy food.

So this was dinner at United Sq on one of the evenings....
I took a few spoonful of his spicy kimchi soup :P Mine was the supposedly healthy bibimbap.. love the crunchy veggies.

Can you handle the flatness and weight of the korean chopsticks?

Mooooo.... want some ice cream?

I saw this whimsical ice cream cafe many weeks back when I was at United Sq with Jan. Was in a rush then so didn't get to eat it. Heee..now, I guess I will be able to try all the different flavors in no time :x

Udders -- Yeah! This ice cream cafe is called Udders. As in the cow's udders. Just take a look at their signage. Very eye catching isn't it?? Yah, that was the first thing to have captured my attention when I first saw it :)

The ice creams served at Udders are so called home made.. as in made from the fresh ingredients , no artificial preservation added to them. Actually a place like Udders isn't new..as in the concept of localized flavor ice creams. It's all a matter of texture and how rich and original the ice creams taste like to the real food itself.

I wasn't in the mood for the usual chocolate or fresh strawberries flavor .. Shan't tell u what I ate..read on to find out :P

can you guess what was she scooping for me?

No..I did not get drunk on this..
but 6 scoops of it is equivalent to one can of beer~

So ..did you got it right? I had the lychee martini sorbet :) There were tiny bits and pieces of lychee in it .. quite refreshing on a hot evening. Oh yes, there are murals on the wall.. add a touch of nature and color to the place.

it's all about branding ...
non alcoholic per scoop: $3.20
alcoholic per scoop: $3.90
cheaper if you have 2 scoops ..
$5.20 or so if i am not wrong

Address:

155 Thomson Rd
Goldhill Shopping Center
(near the main road, facing United Sq)

Here is another of my visit to Udders :)
