Always believe and trust yourself 相信自己

不管什么时候，不管发生什么事，
最重要的是千万不要放弃自己。

人活着难免会有挫折不如意的时候
无精打采的时候。

也可能会碰到难一直信的情况。
即使遭遇到诸如此类的情况时，也不要放弃。

如果放弃的话，即使以随便的做法处理，
或保持着「反正就这样了」的态度，
事情也不会有好转。
反而只会让自己受到伤害而以。

失落的时候，无精打采的时候，
只要相信自己， 就会有好结果。

所以即使面临到天大的困难，
也不要 自暴自弃，伤害自己
或对自己感到绝望。


Despite the situation, despite what comes may,
The most impt thing is never give up on yourself.

There will be moments in life when we feel despair , disappointed and dismay.
We may feel like it's the end of the world.

Even when we come face to face with such moments, we cannot give up.
You will end up hurting yourself if you do a hasty job to solve the problem or have a
' it's already like that ' attitude towards the matter.

You have to believe in yourself , trust in yourself when things look bleak .
There's a sliver lining behind the dark clouds.
