Mrs Toh brings Tseng Noodle 曽拌面 to another level

Have you guessed it ? Yeah so 卓太 have added another noodle review to her #卓太煮面collection. These are two of the range of the popular Tseng Noodles 曾拌面🍜  by the well loved Taiwanese variety programme host

 - 曾国城. Being a foodie himself and having a few gourmet programmes under his belt ( no pun intended 😆), he decided to come up with his own range of noodles. These noodles are not fried , 

but air dried in the sun

3 flavors for the broad ban mian noodles 

 Hu Sesame Flavour Noodles, Spicy Sichuan Pepper Noodles

and Scallion Sichuan Noodles 

( 4 x noodles packed individually ) 

Here are the rice noodles packaging, 

different from the ban mian ones 

 Mushroom Flavour Rice Noodles, Spicy Flavour Rice Noodles

& Shallot Flavour Rice Noodles

This is the thin Hu sesame flavored noodles 

( non spicy )
Each pack comes with the noodles, and 
the individually packed condiments 

Do cook the noodles according to the timing instructions 
printed on the packet. It is eseenttial to follow as it will determine the 
taste and texture of the cooked noodles

The broad ban mian and the items that comes with it . 
Scallion Sichuan Noodles ( spicy ,kinda like mala ) 

What you see here are the broad { Scallion with Sichuan Pepper🌶 Flavour } 

and the thin { Hu Sesame Flavour } . 

The latter has a 🥜nutty fragrance to it while the first has a addictive spicy numbing kick to it.

I usually would try to make it a balance meal for my noodle dish

Have added broccoli, boiled egg and pan fried salmon 

I much prefer this Spicy Sichuan one :) 

 As you can see , each strand of the noodles are well coated with the sauce making sure that 

each bite has a good amount of sauce on it.
