Panic attacks...i hate them...

i dislike crowded places

i feel suffocated

I feel breathless

I feel uneasy

this happen pretty often in a crowded shopping malls .. stuffy, crowded hawker centers and food courts.

yeah, i get panic attacks

It happened just now, when I was at the Old Airport Rd food center. The crowd and lack of ventilation puts me off . Then slowly but surely, I can feel the sensation creeping up on me...engulfing me.
