first ever ramen Michelin star Chef Yasuji Morizumi from Chabuton Singapore has created
a new exclusive ramen just for the Singapore audience!
Premium Tonkotsu Ramen :-- The Kurobuta ($18.90)
The thick and creamy broth of the ramen dish is a luscious blend of tonkotsu and chicken
collagen. Not only is it great tasting, it is also highly nutritional, and may I add
great for the skin too :D The broth is flavorful and quite agreeing with my
taste buds but a foodie friend exclaimed it was salty.
Generally japanese ramen may taste a slight salty to some :)

How can anyone say No to this fantastic piece of pork that is
often compared to the Kobe Beef ?
The marbled meat comes with small, fine streaks of fat that make each slice richly sweet, tender and succulent. Accompanying ingredients include bamboo shoot, Japanese leek and soft-boiled egg.
You will want more after tasting it ~
We were also treated to their
Hitokuchi Gyoza ($5.00 8 pcs)

Ika Karaage (Fried Squid $5)
The ramen is indeed oishi !!
I wish there can be more than one slice of that prized pork ... :P
Singaporeans are really in for a treat! Chabuton has recently opened their third outlet at The Star Vista! This is just five months since the opening of their first outlet in Singapore!! Congratulations !!
