My facebook group is nearing 1000 members! woooo...

So have you joined the Facebook group I started? It's only for a selective group of people...namely those born in the 1970s :P I know the group's name isn't very creative ( 1970s babies ) ..but oh well..

Do join if you have a Facebook account :) Just do a search for "1970s babies " . Still contemplating if I should plan an event for this group... perhaps will do so when membership reaches 1k (^_^)

Monday 28 Jan

Was feeling rather sluggish ( pms induced) so decided to ask Chrissy out for a drive and to get some air . Mark came along too after his work..hehe..so I kinda played gooseberry for awhile. But of coz my dear friends dun mind. They were more than happy to have me for company so thick skin

Once again Mr lim had no idea where to go for his late dinner...so I recommended the Hk cafe at East Coast Park. For some strange reasons, I actually though this outlet opens till wee hours just like the one over at Katong..oops..I was wrong. Apparently it was already last orders when we got there about 11.20pm. They close at 12mn. mon - thurs.. Still, we had ample time to finish our yummy food :)

The service staff nearly had to 'shoo' us out coz we were the last customers at the cafe..hehe.. The three of us got glued to the tv screen. Yeah..and to think that it was some crappy hongkong drama that was screening on ch 8.

To aid in our digestion, we took a stroll along the beach..with the breeze gently caressing our faces and hair... and the stars shining brightly (nah! it was too bright at ecp for the stars to shin..) but yah..there were lots of stars .

The beach was surprisingly littered with young and old despite being a Monday. It's good to take a breather , to get away from all the clutter of the city and just be at ease with nature .
