Providence: The Tohs eats at Oceans of Seafood ( Pasarbella)

It has been a busy couple of weeks for me , but no worries I am back now !

East side girl , erm , that is me, travelled quite a distance again for food :D This time food brought me to PasarBella at The Grandstand .

Thanks to the kind people at Oceans of Seafood, we get to enjoy a feast and even get to see the cutting up of a whopping 54kg bluefin tuna !

You too can get to witness how the chef cuts up the fish and get to see the juicy toro and enjoy a range of freshly prepared tuna dishes at 50% of its usual prices from now till 31st January 2015.

Nestled in PasarBella, Onceans of Seafood brings in its seafood twice weekly from a varitety of places such as Japan, Austrailia, New Zealand, USA etc. You will be able to enjoy a wide range of fresh supplies of fishes that is flown in from Tsukiji Fish Market and they have also Boston Lobsters and Pacific oysters on the menu !

We were asked to guess the weight of the tuna, and boy ! most of us

guessed it to be more than 100kg .. :P

Pick out your own seafood at the stands

Oceans of Seafood brought the Tsukiji Fish Market to you !!

You can choose to bring the seafood home and prepare it yourselves or get the chefs to cook it either Japanese or Western style for you . * A small fee is charged for cooking but for the month of Dec'14 and Jan '15, Oceans of Seafood will waive this fee * ! So do go and enjoy the fresh seafood !!

At this point in time, we were already pretty filled up !! But but..how can we say no to more food!?

We managed to polish off quite a fair bit ..

Freshest of tuna and Hokkaido imported rice ..bliss

Thanks Mr Boston lobster , you have served us well with your fresh juicy meat which goes very well with the special sauces (dark brown :miso butter | yellow: garlic butter ❤️) .
