Pastries from Yip's ( Thumbs Up)

Yip's pastries is a shop at the basement of Novena Square 2. They are very popular amongst the office crowd at Novena.

Everything they have on the display shelves are freshly baked daily :)

I have tried a few of their offerings and they are one of the best around.

Here's what I have tried...

Portuguese Egg Tart
the pastry stays crispy even after hours!
and look how much filling there is :D
Pastry is thin ..i love it!

Creamy mushroom tart~
again..the pastry is gd..and
they are generous with the filling


Pineapple tarts
not too sweet..and wholesome
pineapple goodness~

Their 老婆饼( old wives biscuits ) and curry puffs are also very popular. There are usually discounts for the mushroom and curry puffs if u buy 4 or more. Great for office meetings or parties :)
